Once you have the Add-In, you will never need to worry about keeping it up-to-date. The automatic self-updating feature will periodically ensure that the Add-In is up-to-date with no further action on your part.
Please note that once installed, the Excel 2003 Add-In will be available to all users of your computer. In contrast, the Excel 2007 Add-In will be available only to the user performing the installation and must therefore be installed separately by each prospective user.
