History
StraightThrough is the former financial services practice of Systemware. We have been providing services to the investment industry for over 20 years. As of January 1, 2007 StraightThrough CRM Solutions was spun off from StraightThrough Inc. as its own entity.

Mark heads sales, marketing and strategy at StraightThrough CRM Solutions, which is a certified partner of Salesforce specializing in the financial services sector. StraightThrough has leveraged the Salesforce platform to its fullest potential by creating highly specialized AppExchange solutions tuned to the specific workflow and information needs of financial business knowledge workers. StraightThrough CRM solutions are used by small medium and large firms on Bay Street and on Wall Street. Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, but his roots are in the nuclear industry, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of mission critical systems.
Mark also serves on the advisory board of the SWI Group of companies (www.swi.com). Previously, Mark held executive positions in other divisions of the SWI group including CEO of Halcyon Monitoring Solutions which successfully created a flagship software product for Sun Microsystems, and a telco-class management product for Cisco systems.

Phil directs all business operations at StraightThrough CRM Solutions. His areas of responsibility include Production Facilities, Customer Support, Quality Control, Product Implementation and Professional Services. He works closely with SWI Group CFO Polly Lau in Finance and Administration. Phil is responsible for Partner Relationships including StraightThrough's deep relationship with Salesforce.com. Phil also has many years of experience in Salesforce.com implementations and continues to play a role in key Professional Services engagements.
Phil is the former CEO of SWI Systemware and he also serves on the advisory board of the SWI Group of companies. Phil has more than 20 years in the nuclear and financial sectors with deep management, sales and operations experience.

He has an extensive track record in key leadership roles for large scale enterprise application and integration implementations including salesforce.com and Capital Markets. Ryan plays a vital role in driving the design, implementation and evolution of strategy and processes. He provides direction & guidance on product design and roadmap based on evolving customer requirements.

Phil is a system architect with close to twenty years of software design and development experience. Much of that time has been spent building robust, secure and scalable technology for the financial sector. Phil is responsible for the architecture design and engineering of StraightThrough CRM's ACE™ platform, including StraightThrough's creation of new products powered by Salesforce's APEX technology.

Ian runs StraightThrough’s rapidly growing Professional Services practice. Previously, Ian worked for 10 years at ACNielsen, specifically providing market research services to large Consumer Packaged Goods customers. Most recently Ian was the Managing Director of the Canadian division of the Telmar Group, a global media software company. Ian started his career in the Bond Trading division of Nesbitt Thomson. Ian is leveraging his experience in multiple sectors to move StraightThrough into currently untapped verticals. Ian also manages relationships with our existing consulting services customers, to help them improve their ROI by properly leveraging the data they have in their Salesforce solutions.
